May 2026

Its been a while. But lots has been changing with an upcoming move to a new home for Mudface! Here are a couple of early images of our new home taken on a very sunny day!

The cable on the floor means the power supply for the kiln has not been installed yet. Once this is in and the other tables and stuff are moved we will be all ready to go!

January 2025

Time for the first firing of the new year and that exciting moment (!) when the kiln is opened and you see what has happened! Here are the results.

Everything worked pretty well except for the blue mask on the left hand picture which developed lots of cracks. Otherwise all good! Some of these are now in the Mask Gallery.

Fun with feathers this month! Adding in the feathers to this mask which I fired earlier in the Spring. Turned out rather well I think!
